It's Student Government Election time, and as a student who has never voted for the elections here at FAU; I intend to this year. The SGA is responsible for so much that happens across our campuses that it is wonder that more students don't vote.
Voting for anything or anyone is privilege we have, and I know that FAU had a large number of students that came out and voted for the most recent presidential election. Voting for your schools SGA is just as effective and rewarding.
Our schools newspaper, The University Press, has published statements from candidates in the February 19, 2009 paper. They also listed the times and locations in which students can vote on any of the campuses or on your MyFAU page.
